To assign a new Professional to a subscription package seat, do the following:
In the Available Products section, mark the respective library/bundle checkbox to assign a purchased product to the employee.

To assign an existing professional account to a subscription package seat, do the following:
- Click University to view the Subscription Package Seat.
- Click the Subscription Package from the left side panel to view who is currently assigned and to assign to existing employees.
- Click Edit Employee List from the left side panel.
- Mark the check box next to the employee to assign to a subscription package seat.
- Click Submit to save the assignment.
Note: If an Employee is locked into a subscription or has now been detached, this indicates the Employee has taken CPE during the subscription period. The seat will reopen at renewal.
