QuestionCan I replace broken, damaged, or defective binders?
Answer

Tax & Accounting will replace broken or defective binders at no charge, provided that the subscription is still active. If you have a broken binder, or received one damaged, please have your account information ready and contact our Customer Care Department or email us at Customer Service. Please provide the reporter that the binder is from, as well as the volume that needs to be replaced.
