Information

QuestionHow do I receive notification that my Checkpoint Tools or SMART Practice Aids product has an update to install?
Answer
An email notification is sent to the Site Administrator and/or Site Deputy, designated for your firm’s Checkpoint account, with active Checkpoint Tools or SMART Practice Aids products assigned to their User Name in CUAS (Checkpoint User Administration System).  A valid email address should be assigned on the Site Administrator and/or Site Deputy User Name.  An email notification is sent from Checkpoint Tools Support when one of the licensed and assigned products is updated.  The Site Administrator and/or Site Deputy should inform other users in the firm about the update.
