QuestionHow do I cancel Auto Pay?
Answer
You can cancel Auto Pay online using Checkpoint MyAccount.

To cancel Auto Pay:
  1. If you have a Checkpoint MyAccount ID, log in. Then click Payment Options and click the Delete button at the bottom of the page and follow the onscreen instructions. 
  2. If you do not have a Checkpoint MyAccount ID, click the Register for MyAccount link and follow the onscreen instructions. Once your registration for MyAccount is complete, log in. Then click Payment Options and click the Delete button at the bottom of the page and follow the onscreen instructions.
  3. If you previously registered as a guest you can create a Checkpoint MyAccount ID to manage your Auto Pay preferences. If you registered as a guest, and do not want to create a Checkpoint MyAccount ID, you must call Customer Service at 1-800-431-9025, option 2 to cancel your Auto Pay enrollment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.
