Answer

From the Main Menu of the Quickfinder Tax Manager User Administration System, click List Users. From the list of users that appears, select the number next to a User Name to open the User screen for that user. From the set of commands below the user profile information, select Reset User. A confirmation screen appears. Click the Continue button to confirm that the user's ID has been reset.

Note: Resetting a user ID unassigns that ID from all orders and completely restores it to a brand new state for which the ID and password are the same, all options are at default, and no history or stored documents exist.
