Answer
To provide:
  1. Where-to-find-it guidance for Checkpoint, SMART Practice Aids, Checkpoint Learning, e-Form, and other Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products customers.
  2. Complimentary copies of source and editorial documents to subscribers (e.g. tax cases, Private Letter Rulings, Revenue Rulings, Revenue Procedures, Committee Reports, Appendices to Treatises, and State Statutes, Journal Articles).
  3. Help and identify errors, omissions and items relating to currency of information.
  4. Answers to supplement/update filing questions.
  5. 5. Assistance by forwarding questions to the editorial staff /product specialist as required for resolution.
We will not do case research and will not offer opinions, advice or speculations on how the law or its analysis applies to a particular situation.
