QuestionWhat is Checkpoint My Account?
Answer
Checkpoint MyAccount replaces the existing PPC/Quickfinder MyAccount and is a place to review your Account balances, invoices, make payments, track shipments and see the firms Active Product Holdings (Subscriptions List). If you have Manage User rights added to your Checkpoint MyAccount, you can also manage what accounts other users of your firm can access. (See note below)

Login to Checkpoint MyAccount at: http://checkpointaccount.tax.thomsonreuters.com.

Note: Manage User rights must be enabled by Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Customer Service (800) 431-9025 for the first user on the firm that needs those rights. After that, this user with Manager User rights can give this right to other users of their firm without contacting Thomson Reuters.
