QuestionWhen I try to log in, I get a message that the ID and password are valid, but the account has not been activated. What does this mean?
Answer
There are no active products assigned to that user ID. The Site Manager for the account needs to log in to Checkpoint User Administration and assign an Active Order to that user ID.
