QuestionWhen attempting to register as a new user with Checkpoint Learning, why am I receiving a message that my email is already registered?
Answer
Your email address has already been used with a Checkpoint Learning account. Contact the Checkpoint Learning Product Support team to correct the situation: checkpointlearning.productsupport@thomsonreuters.com.

To recover your username if you have forgotten it, click the 'Forgot Login?' link on the Checkpoint Learning home screen and follow the instructions.
